Robots have become an exciting and useful type of machine. Their impact on our world is constantly on the increase. Many robots can preform a range of helpful tasks with little or no supervision by humans.

Francis has been designed and engineered to be an autonomous robot.

As you can imagine there is a large chasm between buying a ready made robot and actually engineering and building one.

This post and those to follow will share the challenges encountered along the way. We share with you our resolute resolve to overcome a number of mechanical , engineering , programing , electronic and AI challenges.
